As part of your order, your newsletter subscription or your visit to our website, we collect and process certain personal data relating to you. The nature, scope and purposes of this data processing are described below.

NEWSLETTER
If you sign up for our newsletter and give us your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), we will process your name and email address for the purpose of sending you our newsletter. Your personal data will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or revoke your consent. WEBSHOP – ORDER
As part of your order, we process the data you provide:
First name, surname, email address, street, postcode, city, telephone number, age, user name and password.
Data processing by our payment partner PAYPAL can be found in our payment partner’s privacy policy linked HERE.
The data you provide will only be processed to process your order and fulfil the contract between you and us. The data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR. After complete fulfilment of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data will be archived and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and company law or the periods under the Product Liability Act, unless you have consented to the further use of your data. If you cancel the purchase process without concluding a contract, the data stored by us will be deleted.
Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or invoicing or if you have given your prior consent. As part of order processing, for example, the service providers we use here (e.g. shipping companies, logistics companies, payment service providers) receive the necessary data for order and order processing. However, in the event of a legal regulation, an official order or an official investigation, we are legally obliged to provide the respective data to the authority.
