Questions about our artistic projects

When will your next concept album be released?

Our next album is expected to be released in autumn 2025. There will be exciting new world premieres and even more recipes; that much we can already reveal today. If you would like to support the production of our next album, you can support us HERE.

How can I book your '1607 ensemble' for an event or festival?

It’s simple: send us an email to hello@favolainmusica.com and let us know the date and venue. We will get back to you and discuss everything else with you personally.

Will there be another cinema evening with your music videos and films?

Oh yes, we definitely have that planned! Subscribe to our newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when our music videos will be back in the cinema.

Can I work on your projects?

Any help is welcome! Write to us and we will contact you, e.g. at our next concert. If you are interested in an artistic collaboration, please send us your CV. We look forward to hearing from you!

Why are you a non-profit organisation?

In a world where so much is profit-orientated, it is important that there is a clear signal: Non-profit-orientated projects by music and art enthusiasts to inspire others. This does not mean that we do not endeavour to pay fairly, but simply that nobody can “make a profit” with us: Every income, whether donation, sponsorship or similar, benefits our organisation’s purpose.

How can I get help with my order?

If you have any questions about your order, you can email us at hello@favolainmusica.com or call us on +43 699 120 98 703 between Monday and Thursday from 9am to 12pm. If we can’t answer immediately, we’re probably rehearsing and making music and will call you back. If so, don’t forget to leave us your telephone number.

I have not received an order confirmation.

If you have successfully ordered, you will always receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please check your spam folder, sometimes these emails end up there despite our careful verifications and settings. If you paid via PayPal, you can also check directly in your PayPal account whether your payment was successful. If this is the case, your order was successful.

Also check that you have entered your email address correctly. Otherwise you can contact us via hello@favolainmusica.com or by telephone on +43 699 120 98 703 between Monday and Thursday from 9am to 12pm.

How can I return my order?

The statutory right of cancellation naturally applies in our shop. If you would like to return your order, please write to us at hello@favolainmusica.com and include your order number. This doesn’t have to be in writing: you can send us your cancellation informally or using the templates below (PDF and Word).

Please note, however, that not all items (e.g. digital products or downloads) can be returned. You can find detailed information on cancellation and how to do this HERE.

My digital product (music download, audio play download, DIANBO...) was not delivered.

If you have successfully ordered, you will first receive an order confirmation by email. The digital download (music albums, audio book, Dianbo, etc.) is usually only dispatched after receipt of payment. Please check whether you have paid for your order. Activation after receipt of payment does not take place automatically but only after personal verification. Don’t be surprised therefore if it takes a working day.

Where is the digital download of my order?

If you have successfully placed your order, you will first receive a confirmation of your order by email. The digital download (music albums, audiobooks, Dianbo, etc.) is usually only dispatched after receipt of payment. Please check whether you have paid for your order. Activation after receipt of payment does not take place automatically but only after personal verification. Don’t be surprised therefore if it takes a working day.

How does the order process work?

Once you have selected the desired product, you can add it to your shopping basket without obligation by clicking the [Add to basket] button. You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping basket symbol at the top right of the screen.

You can delete the products at any time by clicking on them to remove them from the shopping basket:

There are two ways to do this: In the BASKET:

  1. click on the “X” located to the right of the item, then click on the [Update shopping basket] button located to the right below the order, thus deleting the item from the shopping basket.
  2. to the right of the item, you can increase or decrease the order quantity by clicking [+] or [-]. If you set it to ZERO [0], then click the [Update shopping basket] button on the right under the order, the item is deleted.

At the checkout

click on the [Edit order] button; this will take you back to the BASKET and you can carry out the above steps for “In the BASKET” to delete the item.

If you want to buy the products in the shopping basket, click the [Continue to checkout] button. Please then enter your details. It is also possible to add a donation for our non-profit organisation to your order. Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form. After entering your data and selecting the payment method, you can complete the order process by clicking the button [“Order with obligation to pay”]. You can correct your entries by clicking on the “back arrow” in your browser.

 

The order process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser.

We save the contract text and send you the order confirmation by email. In this e-mail you will also find our terms and conditions, a sample cancellation form and an invoice. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet.

If you have placed an order by mistake and can no longer cancel it, don’t stress! Please write to us immediately at hello@favolainmusica.com or call us on +43 699 120 98 703 and we will help you.

Where and how can I buy a ticket for your concert?

We sell our concert tickets via the provider Oeticket-light.

You can buy the concert tickets in our shop HERE https://favolainmusica.com/favola-shop/ under this link under the menu item TICKETS.

Through Oeticket-light, our tickets are also available at 4,000 advance booking offices throughout Austria and are of course also available at the box office.
